I am missing Christmas.
I always had at least a hint, wherever I was, that Christmas was coming. I thought it was not important. I thought I didn’t care.
Well, now I miss it. In my Tibetan monastery. Or, would be more correct to say, I miss my family. My mother, my father, and my husband. That’s the feeling of this Christmas for me.
Not a good practitioner, I know. Still sentimental and full of attachment for people…who will never come back. The door of my room will never open to let one of them in. So, under the blanket on this freezing day, after having cured 13 kids and checked some others…I am crying a little.
Very little, so if someone will run in my room for asking me for another chore, they will not see it.
