These are not easy days for me. I will have to get out of Nepal for 7 months.
For visa reasons. It's hearth breaking.
And, of course, when I am so disturbed, all the memories come back. The good and the bad ones, and both they make me sad.
I tell myself: this is Samsara, you have to bear this for a while, as it is a normal stuff. It will go away at one point. Sadness is part of life. Accept it and go on.
Sometimes I listen to my wise thoughts, sometimes not. But this, also, is normal.
And of course I am also worried that all the work I have done with the children will disappear. But maybe I am pessimistic, something will, but something will go on. There is my team keeping things going. Eight great little boys, to whom I pay a monthly salary of 100 NPR each. :) They are fantastic!
Then, with my sick body, I am afraid to be around for seven months. Three months in India, hopefully studying Tibetan in a remote Tibetan monastery. Two in Sri Lanka; and there I still don't know where I will go. Then back to the monastery in India.
I am a quiet person. I don't like to travel, I don't like changes. And my karma brought me around first in Italy, and then in the world, like a leaf in the Autumn wind.
Never settling down.
People believe that I am an adventurous person. I am not. Things happen to me and I try to do my best to face them.
I am just and old, quiet, boring woman, who always speak about the Dharma, putting it everywhere. If not in the conversation, for sure in my private thoughts. Dharma keeps me going, it helps me in my "adventurous" life.
Thinking this all sadness disappear and I laugh. Me, adventurous! Really! What a funny idea!

Io avventurosa! Veramente! Che idea divertente!
Un grande abbraccio.
