Dear Niki,

I am always happy whenever l receive an update from you about your "Tibetan life"....even when you are sharing about the difficulties you are experiencing in your life. I always say a prayer for you whenever l receive one of your updates.

Yes, it is true that we are all alone in this world & we must go deep inside ourselves to find what we truly need. It is an on-going struggle but that is how we grow.

You said "where did the love of your parents & husband go"? Niki, it is still there! It is what made you who you are today!

I admire your courage & strength . I have commented on your Substack posts in the past to let you know you always inspire me. I wish you had time to write more often but that is my selfishness talking.

I pray that the New Year of 2023 brings you joy & contentment. I pray that all the children at your monastery grow & thrive. I will look forward to hearing more about your "Tibetan life"!

Sending you my love from faraway in the southeast United States. : )

You are always so kind Laurie, I appreciate your prayers! They are the best present ever! :) I wish you a good year, a year of peace and serenity . And being you one of my friends (virtual, but all the same a friend), I always pray for you, as I do for my other friends.

My question about where my beloved one love has gone is just a classic meditation on impermanence. Sadness, sometimes, is part of the Path. Maybe I will write something about it :) as a "New Year thought" ;)

Auguri a te e alla tua famiglia Andrea! Per fortuna la forza morale non mi manca! Manca quella fisica, ma, a pensarci, è la meno importante :)
